Terms and Conditions
- Passengers are required to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure. Counters close 15 minutes prior to departure.
- As per government guidelines full vaccination proof documents will be checked at time of travel.
- Crew instructions must be followed at all times.
- Skoda Kushaq Zone passengers have access to the Skoda Kushaq Zone, vehicle deck and pet zone only.
- Skoda Octavia Deck passengers have access to all areas with the exception of Skoda Superb Lounge.
- Skoda Octavia Deck & Skoda Superb Lounge passengers must wear wristbands provided at all times to access the respective areas.
- Seating is open plan on first come first serve only except for those passengers who have reserved paid tables.
- It is encouraged to wear a mask at all times and maintain social distancing.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed on board.
- No weapons, corrosive materials or harmful objects are permitted.
- Carrying and consumption of drugs on the ferry and within the terminal premises is strictly prohibited and is punishable by law.
- Pets are only permitted in the Pet Zone or in the vehicle.
- Vehicle engines must be turned off with the handbrake engaged and the vehicle kept in gear.
- Passengers must pay attention to the safety briefing and evacuation announcements as well as read the safety instructions located on the ship.
- Any misuse of the vessel's property, failure to follow instructions which can endanger the safety of the vessel or passengers can lead to a fine and/or prosecution.
- Boarding passes are entitled to physically present passengers only.
- All rights of admissions reserved.
Modification and Cancellation Policy
- No show tickets are non refundable and non modifiable.
- If a passenger arrives upto 10 mins late and is unable to board the ferry, the following will apply:
- If seats are available on the same day, the passenger will be rebooked with a 50% surcharge at the counter.
- If there are no seats or if the passengers declines to travel, the ticket will be treated as a no-show.

- *For passengers purchasing tickets for Skoda Superb Lounge, no modification until 2 hours to departure.
- For passengers requesting for trip change, penalty/ fare difference will be applied as above. No fare difference will be refunded.
